The founder, Reverend Dr. Latisha Reeves is a native of Knoxville TN. She was the first female licensed and ordained at the Mount Olive Baptist Church under the leadership of Dr. Kelly Miller Smith, Jr. Latisha served as the Interim Pastor (September 2010- July 2011), the first female to do so in the church's 100+ year history. Latisha provided leadership as the church's Minister of Missions and Evangelism and has had the opportunity to travel to Rome, Paris, Germany, Burkina Faso, Nigeria, West Africa and Kenya to share in ministry.
She is a graduate of Austin-East High School and graduated from Knoxville College in 1993 with a BA in Psychology. In May 2004 she graduated from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary with her Master of Divinity degree. Latisha earned the Doctor of Ministry degree at United Theological Seminary. She has been featured on television and in newspaper articles with a message of hope for young people and has served as keynote speaker 3 times for Knoxville’s annual TTOPS Teen Parenting Conference sponsored by the Knox County Health Dept. and co-facilitator at the Project Grad Annual Parent Conference.
Latisha is a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. and has a daughter who is a 2006 graduate of the University of Louisville and also attended the Virginia Union Samuel Dewitt Proctor School of Theology. Latisha continues to share her story of overcoming the barriers of teen-pregnancy, domestic violence and personal pitfalls of surrounding yourself with negativity. Her goal is to please and honor God in every aspect of ministry that He has called her to serve and worship God without fail.

The objective is that older persons would teach the younger and instruct them in righteousness to promote holistic, healthy spiritual and personal growth, resulting in more positive life choices. The modules provide materials and talking points for reaching and mentoring.
